Being a Healthcare professional is a very rewarding and flexible profession and could be right for you. Excellent rates of pay and travel allowance are offered. We are looking for full and part time flexible people who can work at our busiest periods (early mornings/evenings) and alternate weekends.

You are eager to learn
While we regard having the right attitude as more important than experience, to provide the best quality care to our Service Users, you need to be willing and eager to learn.There are opportunities for Care Workers to complete the NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care and higher diploma. We also offer a range of other training, including Service Users specific training.

We expect a lot from our Healthcare professionals, so it’s only fair that we treat you as a valued member of our team. We offer flexible shifts, so you can work mornings, afternoons or evenings, whichever suits you. .If you’re interested in going further in the community care industry, Marigold Home Care offers opportunities to develop your career. Our services range from simple home care service of supporting with housekeeping, meal preparations, and personal care to more condition specific spealised care such as dementia care, ALzhmiers care, and Parkinson's care to post-op care, end of life care, and phsyical disabilities.
